Chan's is the longest-running Chinese food restaurant in Brookings, Oregon and they're a long-time, hometown favorite. They're the best in town, hands down. We moved here shortly before covid. We did take out several times, each time the oil in the rice was older, the egg rolls... looked gummy. They tasted allright if you didnt have to look at them. And my chow mein was different than my husbands. So, we quit ordering from Chans. Scrolling forward, to 2024...its now February. We have ordered twice, recently. Both times, everything was great. Wow! I dont know what changed but it really has. Thank you sooooo much.
