Went there today for a breakfast date with a beautiful young lady..She ordered the banana bread French toast, it was served with plastic inside.. luckily she found it before she bite into it..it really could’ve scratched up her gums and mouth.. well anyway, she brought it up to our waiter Santiago ( great guy) who moved it to the manager.. Manager didn’t even have the decency to come apologize in person , let alone give us the courtesy of removing from the bill.. Obviously...read full review
Very poor manager customer service where the restaurant is at fault. Would definitely NOT recommend take out orders. If they get it wrong, they refuse to credit you but will "take your name" so "the next time you come in" they'll right their current wrong. No! You fix the problem NOW. STACKED is a popular restaurant that offers entertainment for kids and has maintained long wait times over the years, although it has become less noisy and more chill. The food is still considered delicious, with standout dishes like the Philly chicken and the ole skillet. The pancakes have received praise as well, with some customers declaring them to be very good. However, there have been reports of some menu items, including pancakes, being undercooked. Additionally, the restaurant's orange juice, advertised as freshly squeezed, may not meet that standard. While the service is generally good, there have been issues with waitlist management, causing some customers to be seated before those who arrived earlier. The climate inside the restaurant can be quite chilly due to the AC being turned up. Despite these issues, customers appreciate the cute country loft style and the delicious food, with some recommending a side biscuit with any meal. However, there is a complaint about the high price of drip coffee, which some feel should be free or cheaper.
