I was a walk-in customer I was told it would be 15 minutes after 30 minutes and five other customers picking up their order I asked where is my food they said it just came out but the food was already sitting there for about 15 minutes I said I want a refund for my Food manager said don't think I'm going to give you free food I said I just want my money back. Keep in mind I was sitting there for 30 minutes and they kept on looking at me and ignoring me and not asking if I was picking up or I was the walk-in customer.

This is the second time in a row I asked for a small dinner salad from them and I get a antipasto salad with pepperoni and ham I'm a vegetarian I don't think I'll be ordering from Aurelio's again net worth going back and forth twice for a salad

I ordered a pizza and specifically told them "Well done, I want the cheese browned" for a carry out. The girl behind the counter even wrote it on the ticket. I have to order them all well done now because they want to speed things up. Cheese is barely melted and they hand it out to you. I assumed the cook can read so I figured I was good to go. Thirty five minutes later, I get the pizza. Happily go out to the car, but, decided to have a slice on the way home. NOPE.....Cheese was NOT browned as I ordered. I bring it back in and showed the girl the receipt specifically saying "Well done...brown the cheese". I opened it up and she said "They didn't brown it". So she fast tracked another pizza. So a half hour wait turned into an hour.

The car show on the same street made it very challenging to access any parking 😞 we had to park in back of the bldg about a block away. That is extremely inconvenient, especially since it lasts the whole summer!

I ordered the small deep-dish pizza. It lived up to all the hype I've heard about Chicago pizza. I tried to eat it all in the restaurant but failed. I had to take the last three slices to go and I enjoyed them in the morning. Great food, great service and I had no problems finding parking for my extra large Sprinter van. I will be back on my next trip through this area.
