I went on March 10th at 1am and the guy just straight lied to me and said they were closed, even though google says 3am and they were serving two cars at the window. Then while im in McDonald's line I see this BK serving people I'm highly disappointed because I hate McDonald's.

Horrible horrible customer service and they don't care. They will mess your order up in your face. I've tried them multiple times and each time they have let me down. It's always one or two workers in there and be prepared to wait for 20 minutes for them still to get the food wrong. Really needs to work on into

Say's there open till 2 am just went there 1125pm February 10 Saturday pulled up to order watched 2 cars get there order pull out I tried to order they never responded drove up to window knocked no one came to window I parked knocked on door no one moving around no one answered went back to drive thru no one ever came on to take my order guess I won't come here any more

Not just the worst burger king but easily the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. I like Burger King and this is close to my work. Unfortunately after 4 attempts and 4 chances to redeem itself, I will not be returning. This place should be shut down it’s so bad, and I assume if other people have the same experience I have, it won’t be long. 2 times I’ve showed up at night but well within their business hours, to be told they are closed. The other two times I got a response at the drive thru after a significantly long wait. The first time my food was inedible, absolutely disgusting looking, hastily thrown together, without any consideration for food safety. Food from the fryer was hard as a rock and food from the grill was undercooked. They didn’t even attempt to toast the bread on a melt. I should have learned my lesson after that experience. On my latest and final visit, I was the only customer, and my order was completely wrong. Getting food I didn’t order and not receiving what I did. Both occasions they didn’t hand me a receipt. I kept coming back, writing off the experience on bad employees, but this is clearly a management problem. This place is a joke. Stay away if you value your time and money.

Worst Burger King ever. Food was made wrong. I called to complain and the manager was rude and ignorant. I asked for the district manager to call me and im still waiting for that phone. So now I am out over 45 bucks for food that was completely wrong and uneatable.

I don't know about the reviews here, but I am a huge Whopper fan, I occasionally stop on the way home and eat inside, and these guys do a great job. The facility is clean and my food has been made very well every time.

Let me begin by saying I live in close proximity to this Burger King and the one on Chicago road and Sauk Trail in Chicago Heights. This Burger King is a fairly new location, it's only been here for a few years. The establishment seems clean and is a fairly nice restaurant visibly. Now with all that being said, this is the worst fast food place I've ever visited. I've really tried to give it a chance by going at different times and ordering different things but, it doesn't matter when you go or what you order. The food is always cold and looks like something they just threw together. They take absolutely no pride in preparing food and clearly doesn't seem to care. I went for breakfast today August 10 and yesterday the 9th. I had to return some hash browns or potatoes because they were to hard (overcooked). So when they gave me the new ones they were under cooked and warm at best. The sista that wears glasses is the manager and her attitude is awful. Not awful in terms of speaking but non chalant, as if she really doesn't care about her position. She seems to be there just to get a check. I don't care what you do for a living, but take some pride in what you do. When you're in a customer service industry, take pride and care in your customers. My wife is in customer service and has set the standard in terms of going above and beyond. She's said many times that she treats people like she would want to be treated and would want her family to be treated. I apologize for this long review but I wanted to be as detailed as I could be about this place. Don't waste your time or your money, you can go to the Circle K at the corner and get better food and DEFINITELY better service. Have a good day and be blessed.
