Place is alittle ran down. Ordered a medium dipped cone. I think it looks like the lumpy hat from Harry Potter. Terrible presentation! I hope posting this, will help improve training. (I came though the drive thru, about 4pm today on Wednesday May 22nd)
Nice place, slow service though. Only two ladies waiting on customers, one in drive thru one at counter. There should be more staff, but not their fault. The ice cream is good, but you could tell by the quality that they were rushed making desserts. I would visit again, but hopefully the manager adds staff to help at the counter and window. Interior needs some updating, kinda blah....
This place is shabby as hell!!! Every time we eat here, the food is awful. Thrown together and either microwaved too much or cold. Please get better staff and make sure your food is on point. Your location is in Steger/Crete. Step it up a bit and stop serving shabby food because prices are high and pretty soon no one will be able to afford to go out and eat!!
