I recently had the pleasure of visiting Northwoods Saloon . I was immediately impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to help me choose the perfect cocktail for my taste.In addition to the delicious cocktails, The Northwoods also has a great food menu.Overall, I had a wonderful experience at The Northwoods Saloon. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the cocktails were delicious, and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend this bar to anyone looking for a great night out.

Food is all nasty nothing good there to eat. Always have to check the food there the food is sometimes not fully cooked the environment of the restaurant is horrible service crackheads at the bar bothering people. Heard rumors of owners being racist. I would never take my family or my woman there the food is trash service is trash people trash floors never swept. 1/10

Had not been there in quite some time and decided to grab dinner there. Will not go again. Used have great dinners and now only sandwiches. Soup on the menu was not available so we had the spiciest chicken tortilla soup we have ever had. My husband wanted walleye but no dinners anymore so he ordered the walleye sandwich without the bread. It was just ok. I ordered the chicken fajita wrap which was basically just chicken lettuce tomato cheese in a wrap. No seasoning of any kind. Chicken fajita to me would be chicken cooked with peppers and onions with fajita seasoning. This wrap was really blah! The fresh made chips were good but not enough reason to ever go back. Sorry to see it has gone so far downhill from what it used to be.

It's seat your self, so you don't know if anyone even knows you there. Once you've got back up from your seat to let them know you're there, the service was very good. The food is great. It was a bit too loud for me. I couldn't talk to anyone because I couldn't hear them. It's more like a sports bar atmosphere than a restaurant but the food is very good and so was the service.

There are certain aspects of this place I would have rated higher and others I would have rated lower. We were here for the first time on Saturday 9/30, chubby woman with black hair said how busy she was so we moved outside and waited. No big deal we moved inside and bartender with blonde hair took really good care of us and was great.I politely asked woman with black hair if the bathroom was and “over there” and very snotty, she responded “yes”. She should never be in contact with people. She obviously cannot handle any type of stress or being busy, which is part of being in the service industry. This place seems to only cater to people the workers know and existing customers, and make new customers feel like “outsiders” and not welcome. We won’t ever be back here.One other reason that I am vegan and there are no alternatives or vegan options. There are people lactose intolerant, etc. and this place is in a time warp.Vegetarian options: NothingDietary restrictions: Nothing. You get meat, cheese and more meat and cheese
