Clean location. Nice dine-in restaurant. Service was awful. Ordered online for store pickup “Rachel” had a really bad attitude.The store was empty at the time. I asked for plates, cheese and red peppers the cashier was so annoyed she slammed two plates on the counter. Unacceptable behavior.
Ordered a medium pizza & 8 wings went to pick up and had to wait 5 minutes which is fine until they only handed me my wings and not my pizza too since they “lost” the pizza on my order and had to wait even longer for that with my cold wings

I ordered the boneless wing deal meal I only was given one of my 8pc boneless wing I did not get my buffalo 8pc .. I was told that ever was in my bag and it wasn’t !! & I’m pregnant and hungry so I’m even more enraged bc this is ridiculous

I'm not sure if it's Uber I should be upset with, or Pizza Hut. No food was delivered. First Uber driver came, took order. Wheres my food :( Now if Pizza Hut noticed the many different drivers trying to come pick up the order as i did on my Uber app, why not notify me? It was when I called Pizza Hut to ask them about my order that they confirmed about the many drivers coming to pick up an order already picked up. Ugh..I'm hungry and irritated

I ordered the hut box. I think that’s what it’s called lol I ordered it twice in a row and I forgot to take my pictures but twice in a row that should explain how delicious it was. I mean Pizza Hut isn’t your number one go to place for pizza I must say I ordered the sausage pizza with minced garlic and the honey barbecue wings and I was 100% satisfied Only cost $7.50

Most of the Pizza Huts near us have closed so we tried the Crete location. WOW! We're so glad we did! The food was hot, fast, delicious, and exactly what we ordered. Rachel was pleasant, helpful, and very professional. The store was extremely clean and well-maintained. It was a very good experience from start to finish.

Went here for the first time because the monee location was closed. We've decided that the drive is worth it because everything about this store was better than our regular store. I just wish they would hurry up and ok them to deliver to monee lol.

Had pizza delivered. Was suppose to take 25mins. At 1 hour and 20 mins I called. As I called I looked out the door and it was sitting on the porch!!!! Flies and ants covered it!!!!The driver didn't call, didn't ring the door bell. The Manager offered me $5 credit on a future order, as if I'm doing business with them again. You can't make this stuff up
