The whole staff here is fantastic. They greeted every customer that walked in, knew most of them by name and also said goodbye when they left. A member of the staff came around and asked how we were going and if we needed anything. I used to work in customer service and this store is a perfect example of how customer service should be everywhere. I live in Indiana and will come out of my way to visit this store.

Exceptional Service That Made Father’s Day Extra Special
This year, my sister—who lives out of state—sent our father a Starbucks e-gift card for Father’s Day. Since he’s currently homebound and unable to get out, she sent it to me to pick something up on her behalf. I stopped by the Starbucks in Crete, IL, and let me tell you… they did not disappoint.
From the moment I drove up, I was met with genuine kindness and outstanding customer service. I explained the situation to the barista (I wish I had gotten his name!), and he went above and beyond to help me create a thoughtful surprise for our dad.
He carefully packaged the order, added extra touches to make it feel gift-worthy, and even used regular tissue paper in the most creative way—transforming it into something that looked just like gift bag filler. ✨That level of care, thoughtfulness, and creativity didn’t go unnoticed. 🥰My sister was blown away by the presentation when I sent her photos.

Ariana has a very bad attitude, I don’t know if she’s the store manager but she acted like it. Customer ask for someone else to help you because clearly she doesn’t want to be bothered or go to the one in Dyer. It’s a lot of 1, 2, and 3 star reviews. It’s clearly the culture at this store.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The drinks are never made right and majority of the people that work there are not friendly. When you walk in, no one speaks, no one smiles, even a simple “you’re welcome” is not said after saying thank you. I believe some serious training needs to be done here. I live not even 5 minutes away and would rather drive 15 minutes to a better Starbucks where I know I would get a drink I enjoy

I spilled my drink and they remade it for me. They are so nice and kind. I have never had any problems and everyone is so nice. Also the bathrooms are very clean.

I love this location so much! So happy to have it here close by. The staff are very friendly and amazingly aware and conscientious! I use to order through the drive-thru all the time, then one day I went in to order and the young lady knew who I was by my voice and made it a point to speak and acknowledge me! Wow! This Starbucks definitely gets it right!!!

I'm writing to express my disappointment with an issue I've encountered multiple times at your store. As a loyal customer who visits Starbucks daily, I always look forward to enjoying my favorite coffee drink. However, I've noticed a recurring problem that has started to affect my experience. This morning, I ordered my usual drink, but once again, it was filled with an excessive amount of ice. The ice was packed so heavily from top to bottom that there was very little coffee left in the cup. After finishing my drink, I let the ice melt to see how much was used, and to my surprise, nearly half of the cup was just water. This indicates that the amount of coffee I received was significantly less than expected. I understand that iced drinks require ice, but when it’s overdone to the point where it dilutes the beverage, it diminishes the quality of the experience. As someone who enjoys Starbucks regularly, I would really appreciate it if this issue could be addressed. Perhaps the baristas could be reminded to strike a better balance with the ice so that customers can fully enjoy their drinks.
