Gravlax appetizer was amazing especially since it was Arctic Char! Berkshire pork chop was the best my wife ever had. The Halibut was tasty but unfortunately a bit over cooked and dry. Massive wine list! Our waitress Jessica was really great. Will go back despite it is nearly an hour from home. It is our go to spot before Woodstock Opera House events.
Our server was very good and patient. This seasons menu is a little off for us. My wife had the halibut which was wonderful but the radicchio that it came with was quite terrible and inedible almost and they do not allow for substitutions on the sides only the purchase of additional sides. The appetizer (brussel sprouts)and seasonal salad were the best part of the meal. I had the fish which was light and flaky chips(fried) it came with were perfectly cooked but a little light...
From the moment we arrived until we left, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The wine list is both extensive and incredible. Our server acknowledged the allergies I have listed on my OpenTable profile - that almost never happens. Our food was excellent and the portions were just right. We started with the roasted brussels sprouts over labneh, I had halibut and my husband had fish and chips. We selected a wine from Vinho Verde, Portugal. For dessert we shared the blood...
