I waited 20 minutes just to pay the bill. I was in the carryout line and I finally got my food and I suspect it would’ve been good if it had been hot the french fries were I would say cool it’s the first time I’ve had a cheeseburger without cheese, but there was enough mustard on to make up for the missing cheese so after I swapped all the mustard off the hamburger And myself I ate a lukewarm hamburger. I ordinarily do not leave bsd reviews, but this is ridiculous. I will never go back. Someone needs to watch the children.

Just walked out after being there for 20 minutes because the store manager/gm Jason (short brown hair) burped in my face and sneezed on my knee during hiring paperwork. Employees yelled at him for doing it to me because he did it earlier to them as well so he knows it’s not ok from a boundary standpoint and the fact he’s doing that as a general manger is disgusting and disrespectful I’m talking less then 6 inches away from my face.

Writing this review with his snot on my knee avoid this place.

The food is ok, maybe 7 or 8 out of 10.. but it’s all downhill from there.

Price is terrible, I spent almost $30 on 2 burgers with fries.

My ticket time was 5:37. My food didn’t come out until almost 20 min later. There were only 2 other customers in the store (also waiting a LONG time and I could tell also frustrated with waiting).

There were 3-4 employees standing there doing nothing.

The place could use some cleaning (greasy finger prints all over the plexiglass, etc.).

For my money and time, I doubt I will be back any time soon.

I really do like the food, but the service at this location, particularly the lack of speed is nauseating. Whoever the manager is of this location, needs to take a drive to Portillo‘s with a notebook and a pen and study their drive-through operation immediately.

the lady at the register told me to wait 5 minutes so she could finish the orders in the back! so unprofessional..: finally we get our order and took about 20 minutes. my 6 year old me and u can just imagine the patience: we only got two little ice creams!!

Food is good. The workers are friendly.
Every time I'm there I wait too long at the drive-thru window with no one coming to talk to me. Even way to 10 minutes once when I only had ice cream

The food was horrible, it was cold, you can tell it was sitting there for a very long time, the burgers were dry and salty, it's a very bad experience at the Crystal Lake store every time I go there, The lake Zürich store Served better food but they would forget condiments and ingredients, Freddys as a whole is a very neglectful franchise. The only reason they got four stars in service was because the lady at the drive-through was nice and Did her job well

I don’t like to complain about fast food, but this Freddy’s location is neither fast nor worth the prices. The past two times I’ve gone, my order is shoved into the bag carelessly, fries and onion rings just floating in the bottom, as well as changing customer orders for reasons they can’t give me an answer too; the burgers had minimal toppings and we paid $30 for two people. Freddys in Crystal Lake has lost my business, and corporate should look into management at this location.

Extremely dirty place. No reason to get this way.
