Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This particular location is run extremely poorly. They pack things terribly. They leave things out. They screw up the actual orders. Get a new manager and fix it.

The food was amazing! Definitely recommend giving them a try!

Our first time ever having Freddy's, the gentleman in the drive-through, was so kind and even gave our puppy a pup cup! Tater tots were fire, and the jalapeños burger was very good. The people giving it a bad review for the fries being thin don't realize that fast-food steak fries are thin and that review made me laugh. 10/10 for a quick late night trip.

Custard was completely melted and tasted like a Wendy's frosty. Go to Andy's Frozen Custard for the real deal at the same price as Freddy's.

Went through drive through and waited 15 minutes for a burger and fries. Parking lot was basically empty. Food tastes very good just wish I didn’t have to wait for that long for it. Employees seemed somewhat nice but had not acknowledged or apologized for my wait time unfortunately. Overall no terrible complaints just was hoping to get the food quicker than that.

Freddys was great the last time there,this trip not so good.The seating area was messy,the custard machine was so messy we did not order any,the clerk got a 3 item order wrong,the fish was so greasy we could not, eat it.The burgers were flavorless ,the chile had a film on it. So sad it was great.My wife did said the restroom was spotless. Find the lost mo-jo ya had at opening couple yrs ago.

My first time at Freddy's was terrible from the customer service to the food.
The lady was rude. I asked for diet pepsi she gave me what tasted like flat dr pepper which was half full. The fries were old and the burger was so overly salted. I wish I can give them zero stars.

Don’t patronize this establishment. They advertise profit share donation to local NONPROFIT animal rescue then decline making the donation. Low life behavior. You lost a customer & I’ve filed a complaint with your corporate office. MAKE IT RIGHT.

Terrible company! Was part of a charity event to raise funds for a rescue and they refuse to pay them unless they get more money out of it. Why even participate if they aren’t going to keep their word?
