Drive thru was down today due to updating systems so they couldn’t take mobile orders through the drive thru so I went inside and my app wasn’t allowing me to change my pick up type and the manager let me use her reward so I could still get my discount today and she was very nice! Thank you!

Needs a raise. He's amazing. Best customer service I've ever had. Was super polite tall with I believe blonde hair kinda skinny yup, he's amazing.

Update: Normally, I use the drive-through. I went in this time. Place is a mess. The young guy behind the counter, who seemingly has the job of running the counter and food runner to the cars outside. The kid takes too long to get back to the register. While taking our order, well, he kept picking his chin, bare fingered. I told him to stop doing that. It's gross. Very bad if you ask me. HEY, STORE MANAGER!! Food safety classes are a must....
