Papa Saverio’s Pizza is some of the best pizza I ever had! I love getting their slices, they are big and delicious. I last visited on Sunday, August 31st, 2025 and did takeout slices. They only had pepperoni and sausage pizza by the time of day but It was still tasty and delicious and takeout service is the quickest takeout service I have ever experienced. They cater high school sports games in the area too at least, and I very much recommend! We make sure we stop in at least...

My food was quite good but I felt the person who took my order was annoyed I was there ordering food…did not return my pleasantries and yeah I didn’t feel overly welcome. I would appreciate to feel welcomed when spending $15 on a sandwich.

Last night we ordered from Papa Saverio’s in Crystal Lake and were blown away! The pizza was perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside, cheesy and flavorful on the inside. Their crust has that ideal balance of chew and crunch, and the toppings tasted fresh and generous.

We also tried their pasta and garlic bread — both were outstanding. You can tell they care about quality and flavor in everything they serve.

Definitely one of the best...
