Pizza Hut has kind and hardworking staff, with Paula and William providing excellent service. The food, including the Melts, Cinnabon, and pizza, is delicious. However, there was an issue with a delayed or missing order, resulting in a disputed credit card charge. Management explained the delay was due to having only one driver on a busy Friday night.
