Arby's is a fast-food restaurant that serves classic American fare. Some customers have had positive experiences, enjoying their beef sandwiches and curly fries, and appreciating the friendly service from the staff. However, others have been disappointed by the lack of clarity around current promotions and the absence of certain menu items, such as potato cakes, which were previously a staple at Arby's. Despite this, the staff remains friendly and helpful. While some customers may not return due to the limited menu options, others continue to enjoy their standard Arby's fare.
