Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I'm pretty laid back, but the customer service was a new low. When I walked in to pick up my order, I was looked at like why the hell am I there? Just felt like I was a burden to the staff. Eventually asked what I need, and every interaction was just rude from there. Part of the order was wrong, and two items they didn't have when I showed up. Oh well. Opened my substituted item (strawberry lemonade) to be greeted with a little bug, which was still alive and walking around, how fun! Tried to reach out to their support first, but it forces you go to through an AI rigmarole I was never able to go through, so writing a review here to warn others. Just be sure your expectations are very low when walking in. I go to the Woodstock location once in a while and have no problems, definitely won't be back here.

Order food online store says it opens at 10:00 a.m. get there at 10:35 and all the doors are locked sit in the truck for a couple minutes to cancel my order and two girls come strolling up at 10:37 like it's a normal time management is non-existent at this place

We enjoy the food at this location and usually have an overall good experience. Today, that was not the case. We were there around 3:30 and decided we wanted a 4 piece meal, all thighs. The girl at the counter told us we'd need to wait 20-45 minutes to get all thighs. She then said wait, let me check, and told us we were in luck because
she had 4 thighs left.

While she was looking, she turned to a coworker and asked where his hat was because he was handling food, and then she asked him if he just woke up or something.

We asked her for tea, and she gave us a hot cup of tea and told us she added sugar because they didn't have sweet tea ready. We were going to eat there, but all of the tables had crumbs on them, so we took our food home.

The whole experience was uncomfortable and awkward, and I'm not sure I want to go back.

Hi,

The employees told us we have to pick up all mobile orders inside since it is a corporate policy. Did research and it is not corporate policy. It is strictly the franchisee looking to get more money as you can't use offers via the drive thru. Why would I eat at Popeyes ordering via a mobile app just to walk inside. I just had surgery and also have cancer and still no exception. Giving no exception and lying about it being a corporate policy is enough for me to never go back again. Just want to share my experience.

Somebody needs to get fired. Holy hell there’s usually at least a baseline as to how bad the food can be, but I was shocked today. Ordered two sandwiches. Neither bag was closed, one has sauce all over it. Both were cold. Someone in kitchen is either the laziest human being alive or high off their rocker. Waste of a 10$, genuinely so upset. Not to mention nobody answers the phone or drive through!

Raul really went above and beyond for me. Even though it was near closing, he provided the best service, ensured the best food, and was an absolute joyful service provider.

Found an 2-3 inch Black piece of hair in the rice and beans we got through drive through. Sickening 😡 Will never return. Tried calling 5 or 6 times and they never answered the phone.

Food is good but the management stinks so bad I couldn't even talk to the workers they forgot my order and looked at my resepte again. When I walked in the workers were arguing about something one of them had a bad attitude and the other swarded it was embarrassing and when my card was declined the worker who was taking my order was rude. What happened to this place I've been to popeye a lot especially this one and more recently this new manager was a complete jerk like seriously there needs to be a HR or something this is ridiculous.

Very rude people, disrespectful very defensive when they don’t know how to act then they lie.Also they have the audacity to laugh in our faces as we leave.If you go know you are going to have the worst time of your life.

Ordered for carry out. Let’s start with I had to wait 25 mins even though I ordered ahead. Next I ordered a 9pc chicken. They gave me 8 chicken wings and 1 breast. That’s not even close to a 9 piece chicken. And 3 burnt inedible biscuits.trying to feed the family on a school night. I am to tired and stressed to go all the way back 30 mins round trip drive. Just annoying as heck.

Stop by tonight to grab some dinner after a long day of work. The guy at the window was very courteous and hooked me up. I appreciated it.

i ordered food for takeout for our family dinner 16 peice mixed family meal mashed with gravy on the side. biscuits were perfect buttered perfectly! Olivia took my order she's super sweet! Olivia is a very hard working lady. Chicken was perfect cooked at the perfect temperature!! love this popeyes location!

9:45pm. Dining room locked, employee vehicle blocking drive-thru, employee in drive through window laughing at us heading back to the car to grab food elsewhere. Management failure, or did a shift go on strike?
