The people behind the counter were great. Real people! They really worked to be sure I was taken care of.

all of the employees are soooo rude. you can be perfectly nice and cause no issues but they will still act like you’re bothering them by existing

The servicepeople absolutely do not care about the food you are getting. I ordered a 4pc meal after school, first time at popeyes, costing me $14!!!! I could have eaten at Cane's instead. I drove home and there was a hair in the box!!! The meat was old and chewy and it was disgusting. I bit into it and threw the rest out. I'VE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED!! I will not be eating here or at any other popeyes again!

The chicken was great. They customized our order with spicy and original. Hard to say it, but maybe a little too much breading. Mac and cheese had some cheese clumps, but still pretty good.

My takeout food was horrible. I tried to go inside just to be nice.
The bathrooms were bad. It was just, yeah, really bad filthy. And then I tried to get their attention, and no one will take my order at all like, no 1 will see me.
So I went outside just to get it to go. I got my food. It is really cold. I didn't care because I just I was just really hungry but popeyes suck.

Arrived a few minutes past 11am we were only ones there but service was slow. There was food from day before all over the floor and dirty. Got hot chicken sandwich but everything else was cold. Bathroom had debris all over floor and trash was overflowing. I will not be returning to this popeyes service too slow and establishment not clean

Pulled up for a chicken sandwich and left with secondhand embarrassment. This Popeyes was a mess.
Julie, who seems to think she’s the manager (still unclear), had a nasty attitude and kept barking at the staff. She looked like she just got rushed out of a filler appointment lips looked botched, and from a distance? Honestly gave dude energy. Not even trying to be mean, just… facts.
To top it off, Caroline (I think read on her tag) was eating chicken behind the counter with greasy fingers, mid-shift, like it was a family BBQ. No gloves, no care. But wouldn’t be surprised just looking..

Service is always horrible, no matter if I get something small or a family dinner. Wait time is always long and their attitudes are always poor. I wish there was another chicken place around here to go to. The chicken. Is overcooked at times and way too expensive. Hate.

Very rude lady working the counter. Yelled at me and was being very stubborn.

Update: Music was so loud, lady couldn’t hear me place my order. I get the workers get bored, but they shouldn’t be blasting music so loud you can’t hear the customers talk.

I’m not one to review but the owner needs to be aware of his staff stealing from them and the rudeness that happens to customers and minors working at this establishment. To disrespect and belittle and bully a minor is beyond upsetting. The accusations made indirectly to the minor was a real low from staff to both shift managers luckily texts don’t lie and cameras do not lie.

Every time I go for a strawberry biscuit, they tell me it's gonna be a 7 minute wait. Every time! I just want a strawberry biscuit.

The staff is not friendly at all. In fact they are rude. As for the environmental cleanliness of the restaurant it is bad. The tables in the dining area were dirty. The mens restroom was disgusting. I believe they are under staffed.
