I had a great experience at this Potbelly’s - two days in a row! The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious - fresh, hot, and just what I was craving. But what really stood out was the service. Nick was exceptional - so warm, friendly, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find someone who brings that much positivity to their job. He made the whole visit feel welcoming and personal. Big thanks to Nick and the team!
Unfortunately my order got cancelled from DoorDash, but before knowing it was DoorDash who cancelled I called the store to verify. The store manager Nick was very helpful & took it upon himself to contact them & make sure my money was refunded. Customer service was great, I didn’t end up ordering again but still appreciated the managers help which is why I’m giving this location 5 stars.
The staff here is always so friendly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the restaurant is well decorated and very clean. The service is always very fast, and the food is 10/10. Definitely one of our new favorite places to grab a bite!
