Dominos get worse every year. The cause is so thin and spotty on it. The cheese you need extra 2x. They are the only ones that can't do well done on thin because they say it will burn so that says it extremely thin. I have never had a place not be able to to do well done on a thin.. the service that takes the orders tries to make you get certain things and when you tell them you don't want something they already put on the order they get mad with attitude. I use to think it was AI taking the orders until they started catching attitudes. I rather go get little Cesar's hot and ready. Dominos is officially trash 🗑.

Took 2 hours to get our pizza.
I was here at 4:25 pm on a weekday I ordered breadsticks and loaded tater tots as a 5:00 the order had never been placed in the oven and I got my money back and left it was the dirtiest most unkempt looking area I've ever seen to make pizza in my life I will never go to this restaurant again and I would advise others to not go here either and in the half hour I was there there was no other customers I have no idea what they were doing and I'm totally amazed at this happened it's the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant in Danville and to my shock when I ask the manager for my money back they never even apologized or offered to make it right by offering a free pizza or a discount on my next order or anything.
All I have to say is buyer beware if you go to this business!

Computer service is always screwed up. Employees aren't always nice. Never have my order ready when I go in to pick it up. Run short all the time on items.

Horrible and rude idk how they are in business go to the drive thru to pick up the short white lady with the ponytail just ignores me for 20 minutes while she is on her phone

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS!!
This Dominos Chain stole my money. They took my order, set the tracking app to complete and lied to me twice about the food being on its way. Im calling the Sheriffs Department to complain as the Michigan Headquarters will not answer the phone.
This will be the fourth night and still haven't received my money back on my card, yet Ive been told multiple times it will be returned.
SMH... For Pete sakes people, dont let them rob you. Go somewhere else and spend your hard earned dollars.
It will be two weeks on Tuesday and I still haven't received my money. They have flat out stole my money. My next step is the Better Business Bureau, to file a theft complaint.

Placed online order for a couple pizzas, pick them up through the drive-thru! Got home and realized they were the wrong pizzas! Tried to call back and no one answered so I drove back there and they were closed at 2:00 in the afternoon! Sat in the parking lot trying to figure out who to call, and they finally came back and open the doors! And then when I explain what happened the lady there told me she had other orders ahead of me and I would have to wait!!

Hi my name is Connie claybrooks I called your store 2940 and Sydney was the night manager that was working on Wednesday June 12th I ordered on line and I called the store before went through to fix it and was on hold for about 10mins then it was messed up and I called back to complain was put on hold for almost 20 mins til I hung up cause got back on the phone she told me to send her a picture to her personal number cause she need to contact her boss cause she dont know if she can replace it cause a few pieces was eaten by my 5 & 6 year old she was rude about it and she then put me on hold never got back on the phone I came in today and brought the pizza showed Megan and she was very polite and replaced it for me with no problem
I went to my local Dominos in Danville Illinois and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave us plates and napkins, not typically offered.

Ordered two pizzas. One was completely wrong. Son called to report and was told they didn't know how long it would take to replace. The one they sent him home with was cold and gross. Never again, Danville Dominos!!!

the past 2-3 times I've ordered from here it takes 2+ hours to receive my order. I called to talk to the manager and sat on hold for over 15 minutes, no one ever answered. the only redeeming part of this place was the employee, Dustin, who was very sweet and apologetic about the long wait time last night.
