The food is great. I've never had a complaint or heard anyone complain about the food. The waitresses have always greeted me with a smile and have been very attentive to my table's needs. The inside is okay. I don't think it's great, but the food and service well makes up for it. It's a great place to eat at for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The breakfast is very good and the sausage gravy and eggs are delicious. When you order lunch, they always give you way more than you can eat. The people and waitresses have always been friendly and the food is always cooked fresh and hot, even when you order it to go. Highly recommend this place.

Gilbert Street is fantastic. Delicious food, fair prices, great service and very clean. Food is served fast and the staff is always so welcoming and smiling. Anytime we are in the Danville area, the kids always request we stop there. It's one of our favorite restaurants in Central Illinois.
