This location never seizes to mess something up. They marked my order “complete” for 30 minutes on the app without it arriving. With that, I decided to go check in at the store to find out what the deal was. One employee just walked past me like I didn’t exist and so I waited 5 minutes for 2 others to finally peek their heads out. They have no answer for my issue and look dumbfounded as can be. It felt useless to ask any more questions if I wasn’t going to get an answer. I get a call from the delivery driver on the my way back home which is now 50 minutes after my “completed” delivery status. The driver dropped my stuff off and left. And again, they managed to forget parts of my order. Grade A trash

Went tonight to get pizza and breadsticks! Waited a long while for my order to even be taken because they were so busy! Phone lines were ringing off the hook and still they kept a positive attitude the whole time! All I want to say is a huge shout out to y’all that worked tonight! Y’all are amazing and keep doing you! The pizza and breadsticks was well worth the wait! Thank you!!!

Went in to local store #2940, Danville, IL 61832 with a coupon for 2 topping, large, carryout for $6.99 each, from 1/22 to 1/28. Manager refused to honor coupon, told me I was a liar, that it was not what it read on the coupon, which a 7 year old could have understood. He, so called manager, refused to take my order. Said he was the only one there, and he couldn't take my order. Refused my coupon and my order.

Well , where to start. We ordered 2 pizzas around 7:00. We were told they would be ready in 20 minutes. So when I showed up in 30 minutes we were told they weren't ready yet. Ok. 2 hours later we finally get our pizza. When we kept going to the window we kept getting told go around again and it will be ready. 20 times around and finally. We should've just canceled our order.

Ordered at 6:07 p.m., it's now 7:00 p.m. and they have 7 employees on a Wednesday night. All I get is that they're short-staffed staffed, and at least it will be fresh. 7 employees and, and the driver just left. 6 employees, and it's Pizza! Pizza, I mean, how hard is it to make two pepperoni pizzas and breadsticks? @Dominos you need better management.

When people say do not go to this location, believe them. My friend went to buy me some pizza on the app but upon seeing it was going to take 2-3 hours for delivery called to cancel and change it to pickup. I called ahead to see if it was ready after waiting the requested half hour and after some back and forth and verifying they said it would be ready in fifteen minutes. Fine, all good, a little annoying but all good.When I get there they said someone had called to cancel (Which I said several times I was NOT calling to do) and would I like to reorder and pay again? NO! My friend is STILL fighting with the store and their bank so they withdrew the whole amount and we do not have any pizza or cheesy garlic bread to show for it.In conclusion, if you want your money taken and no food, go here.

One worker lied and said they didn’t have my order even though they took my money off my card. I called back a different worker found my order because it was already on the screen. I waited 2 hours almost 3 just to get my pizza delivered to me I will never order from here again. The customer service was trash they were rude on the phone to me.

If I could rate a one I would…ordered pizza at 7pm and it is now 10pm called asked what was going on and the lady on the phone going to get nasty with me telling me it’s not her fault that pizza isn’t delivered…then I said that I would come pick it up and she going to say I can’t that it’s out for delivery that the driver left the store 30 mins ago ok well where’s my food I live 5 mins from the store. If the delivery was going to be 3+hours then as a manager you should have called and informed me or offered a discount for my wait. This place needs shut down period be the last time I order from here

Hello, I had an issue with my carryout at Domino's store at 714 N Gilbert St. Danville, IL 61832 on 10/09/13. I tried to contact the store to speak to a manager and was out in hold without any response. I have also made a complaint through the app. My pizza was cold, a medium inside a large box, which I ordered a large. The pepperoni cheese bread had no pepperoni. I was frustrated when I got it home to my family. Can you all fix this issue I have been trying to get corrected for days? I want my orders replaced properly please. I have been trying to reach someone since Tuesday 10-10-23
