I am a faithful JJ's customer. I have ordered on average once a week for years from this location and have yet to have a bad experience. Today I messed up my online delivery time for 12:45 instead of 11:45. I called and apologized for my error, and the service was outstanding! Friendly, fast, accurate and I even had someone make a smiley face on my cup lid. ? It really does come down to the little things in life that mean the most.
