This is the sandwich they gave me for 10 dollars, they made it, looked at it and thought yeah that’s acceptable for our standards. Lazy workers that don’t care, they couldn’t even give me the extra Jimmy peppers I asked for. I did your survey and asked to be contacted and I guess the attitude for standards is the same since no one contacted me. So I’ll voice my opinion here.

I am a faithful JJ's customer. I have ordered on average once a week for years from this location and have yet to have a bad experience. Today I messed up my online delivery time for 12:45 instead of 11:45. I called and apologized for my error, and the service was outstanding! Friendly, fast, accurate and I even had someone make a smiley face on my cup lid. ? It really does come down to the little things in life that mean the most. Thank you for all your great years of service. I truly appreciate you all!
