Wonderful staff. Jake always greets me by name when I come in. So does everyone else. They know what I want. I like my bun light colored. Great food and it lives up to it's name FREAKY FAST!!!! One suggestion, SENIOR DISCOUNTS!! ??. I go to the JJ's on Fairchild and Gilbert St. in Danville Illinois.They always say come back soon,see ya next time.

Every sub that was ordered was incorrect. A simple sub was a turkey Tom with just meat and pickle, they put cheese and mayo on it. The kid it was for is allergic to cheese and mayo. Every other sub had issues.

Ordered took an hour and the worker voided it. The so called manager hangs up on you when you try to talk. I order frequently from there. Not anymore. Worthless unprofessional workers.

so if i could give it 0 stars i would..i ordered a club lulu..i asked what was all on it and didnt get a description other than cheese which was an up charge and they saod it already came on the sandwhich..but i did ask for no mayo and add avacado..they didnt even give me but maybe hald a tsp of avacado if that and i paid for it..i opened it to find a cold sandwhich with uncooked bacon inside. i paid 12 something bucks for something i cant even eat. horrible service, horrible food, and i took the food back inside and they told me no when i asked if they could toast it atleast so the bacon was edible..rediculous!! wasted my money and my lunch break..i got charged for avacado that wasnt there, cheese that was supposed to be on the sandwhich already and they didnt heat the bacon so it was cold undercooked and pretty raw looking..
