Bowman drive-thru sucks. They only take I lane at a time. I was in the 2nd lane waiting they took 3 people in the 1st lane before i was acknowledged. I drove off that time. Definitely needs some improvement. The workers do try to rush your food out to you after waiting 15 - 20 minutes when they tell u to pull up or go to the lane and wait.
The food was good, typical McDs. The only complaint I have is the manager on duty did not have her hair pulled up. It was a shorter cut, just above the shoulders but she was running her hand through her hair constantly because it was in her face. The way she was dressed and acted, she was probably a higher up manager that usually doesn't work the line. But still, ur around food, pull ur hair up. And wash ur hands.
Food was good. Service was a good experience. Staff seem to be happy and well trained at 6 am. The condiments and drink area could use some help. Clean and touch up. Bathrooms cold use some cleaning and maintenance. Strong unhappy odor
