We went to the MacDonalds on Bowman Avenue Friday evening. We ordered at the drive through window. After waiting at least 10 minutes to order, we waited at least 10 more minutes for one drink because they said the machine was broken for one drink and they didn't serve the other one. When we finally got to the pickup window, all the staff were laughing, yelling, and messing around. Hence the reason for two long lines of customers at the drive through. Unacceptable!

Good visit but slow service only manager serving counter and drive up at once. They surely need more workers.

Wheelchair accessibility: Bare minimum accessible front entrance for wheelchair.
