Arby's is a restaurant that offers food, including their signature roast beef sandwich. However, some customers have noted a decline in quality over time. The cleanliness of the restaurant can vary, and the atmosphere may feel post-COVID and a bit dull. Despite this, the food and speed of service have generally been praised, with customers particularly enjoying the freshness of the food. The staff has been described as friendly and helpful, with one customer expressing gratitude for a worker who saved them money. The chicken dishes have received mixed reviews, with some customers finding them overcooked and rubbery.
