Inept counter staff, 5 employees standing at counter and not one couldn’t say welcome or we’ll be right with you? terrible service. Cold pizza. Will never return.
I was only able to leave a $10 tip on a $140 bill because they are will not accept a $100 bill. I was ready to pay $172 when I went up to pay. I only had $152 in smaller bills. Not acceptable that more and more places will not accept United States currency.

Haleigh Is the best server in all of vermilion county. We go once in a while and she remembers our drink order, what we want on our pizza and what dipping sauce. She's smart and funny. We love her! Give her a raise. She's the best. The pizza is amazing. The salad is so good. Everything is amazing. Keep up the good work.

We were in town for the Bridge Festival and grabbed a pizza to take back to eat at the hotel. We have never had their pizza and it was soooo good!! We saved some for breakfast this morning on our way back home!! Wish we had one closer to us! Highly recommend!!

Got a meatball sub, chips and a tea. Food was good, service was good, and the restaurant was clean. I’m holding out on the 5 stars because the counter ordering and pre-payment system makes it more of a McDonalds experience vs. a restaurant meal.

Accepted my delivery order, called me to tell me they weren’t delivering and asked if I’d come get it after I paid. My meal was $15, my order was $25 after fees and a tip for a 4 minute drive. (I cannot drive due to disabilities.) My partner called when I noticed the order was still being prepped and they informed him they hadn’t even canceled the order yet, it’s been more than a half an hour since they called me to tell me they wouldn’t be delivering. It’s still not cancelled, I just want my refund. :( I’m pregnant and can’t afford to get anything else to eat.
