Most houses in our town and surrounding areas are without power. Many been without 24+ hours. Sol Del Mar was open and ready to serve. They weren't incredibly packed when we got there. Several empty booths. We got right on as a party of 6. It didn't take long before the entire restaurant was filled. Roman runs an excellent business, making sure everything was going well!! Checked on us several times, as did our waiter. Food was excellent and hot! The draft beer was cold! We love coming here every time we want Mexican food. They never miss with their food quality, amazing service, and beautiful atmosphere. Bonus would be their deliciously mixed drinks. My favorite dish is the mojecta dish. It's a mixture of seafood, peppers, and onion in a yummy sauce with tortillas, rice, and beans. Now my husband is not a bean guy, but he loves theirs.
