Riddle me this @PapaJohns : What kind of business practice is it when your order of hot lemon pepper wings is short, you call @PapaJohns about it, and they offer you 5% off your next order? So I have to pay more money when my order was shorted? I don’t live in the town where this location is and at this rate I may never patronize @PapaJohns again!

Pizza was Ice cold they never called to let me know they had arrived (which they said the would on both deliveries) so i call them 20 mins past the 40-55min delivery time, they said it was delivered to the "icu" but there is no icu (im at the va hospital) so they remade it still never received a call on the 2nd delivery they said the number i gave them didnt work i waited an hour and 20 mins for the call on the remake which again i never received a call they told me it would take 30 mins for the remake so i called again to get a refund by canceling the order they said they would refund me but they CALLED an hour later and and said they were at the location with the pizza.... all and all i placed the order around 6:50 i received a pizza at 10:21....so if the number i gave them didnt work how did they reach me....anyways its winter and the pizza felt like it was just sitting outside for a while hence the ice cold for now im assuming they didnt want to refund me (even tho they said they would) so they decided to actually put effort in to delivering it i guess ill know in 3-5 days if i dont get my refund im calling their corporate or disputing my charge.

Ordered a xl New York cheese pizza and was delivered a pepperoni pizza. Of course it was delivery so dinner plans failed!
Placed a order at 7:22pm was told by the answering service it would take 35 to 45 minutes 40 minutes later I call to check on my order and they said it would be 35 to 45 minutes longer so then I call again and they said driver would call when they are on their way no call I am on my porch waiting and I see driver pass my house 3 times I tried to talk to manager he was no help I told him if pizza was cold driver is bringing it back driver left with the pizza!!!!

Terrible. Two times past three weeks trying to order a pizza - first time, hour ahead, said never received, no pizza. Today, ordered at 4:30, went to pick up at 6, said 90 min wait. Lol wow.

I placed an order. And was ready on time. But the pizza was cold. And hard. And tasted like garbage Even when reheated. I called and complained. And was basically called a liar. I gave it to my dog. And he didn't even eat it

atmosphere was kinda sus. but the pizza was done fast and the taste was good. we got Hawaii pizza and a custom pizza. price is kinda expensive...
