Food was good for cafeteria. Service was one of the worst I seen. Cashier was speaking very softly in loud environment, when explaining my 76 is hard of hearing and waiting for his hearing aids was told that no need to yell when I was telling him his total so he can pay for his food. I have worked in EMS for over 30 years, this employee needs to be re trained or moved to position that is not working with people with medical needs.
Love me some Starbucks; however, as a student at DACC, it would be awesome if this place curtailed more to students and their later hours. Granted, this is in the VA, and its audience is the VA and its visitors, so it makes sense from their main audience, just thought it might garner even more business. Not many options for students to study with coffee and a pleasant atmosphere like they have at the Patriot Cafe. ?
It's food. They need better signs showing the way on how to get there.
