The Food was good. I have a problem with them not having waitress come to the table to take the order!! You have to walk up to the counter and use the kiosk to place your order! Then to get your drink you have to scan a ticket before you get your drink and you can't get refills eather!!! I will never be back to that place again!! Next they will want us to go back and make the food and clean the table after we eat!!

This was the coolest Steak ‘n Shake I’ve ever been to. I don’t know if this is the norm or not because I haven’t been to a Steak ‘n Shake in a while. You pay a kiosk and you get a QR code which allows you to get your drinks and then the food is brought to your table. This particular Steak ‘n Shake had a very old diner feel. Much more so than any other Steak ‘n Shake I have ever been to.

I had not had a Steak and Shake burger in a while but I found one in Illinois while visiting family. The burger was thicker than I remembered them and it lacked flavor. Fries were still good
