I've never been to a S&S before-- gotta say, on how the Manager is in here leading her team, taking care of guests (really trying to build community), training staff all at the same time cooking and serving good food, I'm impressed. She should be training other managers if she isn't already. I would have gotten her name but as a first timer I already interrupted her a bunch (how to make a drink with code, etc). NO NAME MANAGER you rock!

I placed a mobile order on the app. When I arrived at the restaurant, there wasn't much information about what to do or where to go for mobile orders. I waited for about 5 minutes, and an employee asked if she could help. I told her I had a mobile order, and she kindly explained what to do in the future if all employees are busy. Aside from that minor inconvenience, everything was great!

We stopped in around 8pm this last Saturday and had fries and milkshakes. For the five of us it was the best value, best service and best atmosphere we've had in a long while! Fries were hot and fresh, shakes were exactly as ordered!
