Pretty neat and clean. Fun for kids and adults, plenty of games to choose from. Great to have staff on hand to supervise some ganes. Surprised that they served alcohol. Food was hot and tasty. They need more front desk staff to assist with prize selection and seating incoming guests. All and all, a good experience.

We have the bronze pass and we live so close so we easily come 3 times a week at least and every time there’s some kind of game broken and it’s disappointing They really need to stay on top of these games to make sure their working

I wish I could say that it was a great experience but We went for my son’s birthday. It was okay enough, their time management isn’t very great, and quite expensive for a kids party. Lots of kids if you get over stimulated I wouldn’t recommend. Unfortunately having to repeat things multiple times when there where 2 phone calls to confirm everything and still not correct day of, seemed like they weren’t ready for the party had to ask for additional kids because they weren’t prepared. Only one guy working tickets so very long line

If you have the gold pass, the discount does not apply to combo meals. Does not make sense at all! You’re still using the discount on any single food so why not the deal.
