Clean Facility, all games were in Working order and staff was friendly

Came a week before a booked Birthday party. Shocked at how little playable games there are at this location as opposed to the Naperville location. There is a lot of open space and seating where arcade machines should be to maximize the experience. Multiple games were not working only a week away from the booked party that is quoted at $1000+. Our experience in Naperville was wonderful for the birthday package but there is not enough here at the Darien location to justify the same pricing and cost. I hope at least all games will be up and running by the 28th since there are only 20 machines to maintain outside of the toddler area.

We came to the Darien location for my nieces birthday, Claire & Braden were a wonderful help & great assistance. We will definitely be coming back due to their wonderful hospitality. We love this location! Thank you for a great night.

It's a good for kidos...they don't know reality of life yet. We as a parents make it work. Workers on this facility are not the great...maybe cus they get pay low or low training. I bought a salad plate for Salad...that isn't cheap. And the salad bar always empty. We request for salad bar to be refill nicely. We went eat our pizzas. N we came back and no salad bar fill...I can see the same left overs. So wife talk to the worker and worker answered...I don't know how to do it...I have to call a manager . Well it's out second time requesting something that should be done before we ask. Well 3rd time asking n we request our money back for the salad plate. LoL Now they have a new jumping zone for little kidos and it's lock cus you have to pay extra $12 dollars ..it's ok we pay for that...the issue it's they always keep a worker opening n closing the door to get inside the jumping place (small). So kids go in n go out. But if they don't see nobody there. They lock it. So when kidos return to the jumping zone after returning from example..bathroom ..drink water...or taking snacks...or whatever...the jumping zone was lock. And we have to wait for one worker to come n open the lock so kidos can get in. I think it's cus this a new set for the place. But still a good place for kidos. As a parents ...no to much...even when the place wasn't crowded. But isn't a bad place for kidos at all. Kids love it.

I had my 7th birthday at this place. I believe this was the last time I was truly happy. So I want to thank you, Chuck E. Cheese. The pizza was good. The games. Fantastic. I just wish someone told me it was downhill from there. Oh well! Thank you for the best birthday ever in 1998!

Dissapointing experience. 3-9 year olds were bored after 20 minutes of being there. Few machines took credits and didnt engage. Few were broken out of commission. Overall very small amount of game machines. Most were very similar. First and last time i took my kids to Chick E. Cheese
Pretty neat and clean. Fun for kids and adults, plenty of games to choose from. Great to have staff on hand to supervise some ganes. Surprised that they served alcohol. Food was hot and tasty. They need more front desk staff to assist with prize selection and seating incoming guests. All and all, a good experience.

We have the bronze pass and we live so close so we easily come 3 times a week at least and every time there’s some kind of game broken and it’s disappointing They really need to stay on top of these games to make sure their working
