Love the manager here, so professional! Food was fine, except cinnamon twists were awful! I drive far to come here and all because the manager knows what she is doing! I will say a shady creep behind us took our pic, which is quite troubling! Little did he know we had a 120lb GSD lying down on the floor that he almost met!

These people allowed a homeless man to come in, order, and pay for food, but then kicked him out and wouldn't allow him to eat. Called the cops and got him arrested just because he wanted to sit down and eat. Then, when he asked for his money back because he couldn't sit their and eat, they refused. What an awful place and awful people. I'm sure this won't be seen or even make a difference because these corporate companies don't care about anything but their money.

Unbelievable... Go to this location, since the one closer to me is not the best. I go up to order, here the automated person ask about rewards and if I'm going to use them. I said no and then started ordering my first item, no greeting, nothing moving on the screen. Few seconds later, a female says hello and asks what I'd like. I let her know the two items I'd like, I see them both on the screen and drive to go pay. Seconds later, there are 4 people standing around by the window... Like they're waiting for a reaction... Asked me what I wanted to order. I said so this will be the third time I am ordering even though I saw you plug it into the computer on the drive thru screen. I tell the person my order again, and he repeats it. I hand him my card then he says, I didn't hear you can you repeat again. I said you didn't just hear me even though you just repeated what I wanted. He said no I honestly didn't hear you. I left. People are worried why they can't find work, why places are closing. Customer service is non existent everywhere, including here. I will never come back to this location again.

The guy working behind the counter walked up to me and instead of asking if I was ok he rudely assumed I was high and asked me if I was high. My blood pressure was low and need to be balanced, then he proceeded to walk around the store staring us down trying to intimidate me and my co worker. Tone it down lil bro

Whoever is working right now(10:00pm) at the drive through window is amazing, he is the only worker at any Taco Bell that asks me how my day is going with a smile, outstanding costumer service for a Taco Bell!

This is quite possibly the worst taco bell ever. I stayed quiet long enough but in sick of my order being messed up when I get home. It's happened more than I can count tbh. Between my order being messed up I've gotten many a cinnamon twists lacking cinnamon. And just now ny baja blast was like water. If this location is franchised they need new management and employees. Why remodel the place all to keep the terrible service. Going forward I will be going a town over to their taco bell This one absolutely sucks. I've had one too many orders messed up. Either stuff missing or customized food missing what I asked for. Absolutely ridiculous.
Edit: Decided to give em another shot and regret it deeply. Once again incorrect order and my drink tasted like water. Get it together it really isn't that hard.
