I absolutely love 7 Brew coffee. It’s my go-to when I’m in town to replace Dutch Bros but waiting over 20 minutes for coffee? So many people get out of line and I find it hard to believe they’re not staffed or don’t have the equipment to serve their peak periods (early morning customers on their way to work) That’s the only reason I can’t give them 5 stars. The people are great, but the line moves too slow. Sorry guys.

Everything was fine as usual except two employees standing by the back door gossiping about another employee right next to my car where the conversation could clearly be heard by customers. That needed to be taken to the other side of the building. Not professional at all. Keep conversations away from customers behind closed doors or out of view. The location manger needs to have this under wraps. Period.

First time there and not impressed. Girls in drive thru talk more to coworkers, then they do listening to customers. I asked for a single shot Mocha heavy cream vanilla. What I received the first time was a iced drink, due to the girl assumed I wanted iced. Second time I received my coffee, I was not aware it was a 4x espresso till I got home to join coffee club. All I can say is grrrrrrrrrrr.
The service is very slow. Horrible set up as far as the drive through!

We come to 7brew very often and typically we have a decent experience. The last 2 times we’ve come in we have had an extremely rude person at the area to get our drinks. Tonight, I very nicely informed her we didn’t have either of the correct drinks we ordered and the worker literally rolled her eyes, told me it wasn’t her problem and walked away. Severely disappointed as someone who drives 20 minutes into town every other day for 7brew. Won’t be coming back.

I typically never have a problem with this 7Brew! Today, I asked for my Breve with the Cupid special to be remade because it tasted like there was too much creamer. When I received my remade drink, it looked lighter than the first and there was way less whip cream! I understand it was busy, but I am not sure why the issue with my first drink was not fixed!
