The roast beef, hams and turkey was cut so thick it made it uncomfortable to eat. Definitely couldn't feed it to a small child. Choking hazard.

Went there around 445 in drive thru on Pershing road Customer service was great lady at window was very nice.The roast beef was cold and dry the bun was hard as a rock.The French fries we're not done And soggy We got a meal deal box and 4 regular roast beef .Just tried to reheat a roast beef and put it on my bread still nasty went in the garbage .Very disappointed.

Came home to find my honey mustard was missing from my chicken tenders meal because of course it was. Called to get a refund and they said I would have to come into the store. I'm already home and honey mustardless, that's not going to fly. Learn to accept and actually fix YOUR mistakes.

The food would have been great if it wouldn't have been cold by the time we finally received it. We ordered in the drive thru and we waited for 8 minutes before the employee even opened the window to take our money and give us our food and it was sitting right next to the window. It sounded like the employee was counting money from the her drawer as we were sitting there waiting. We finally honked our horn and we were ignored. She didn't open the window and say that it would be a minute or even apologize for our wait
