The food would have been great if it wouldn't have been cold by the time we finally received it. We ordered in the drive thru and we waited for 8 minutes before the employee even opened the window to take our money and give us our food and it was sitting right next to the window. It sounded like the employee was counting money from the her drawer as we were sitting there waiting. We finally honked our horn and we were ignored. She didn't open the window and say that it would be a minute or even apologize for our wait
It's Arby's. Not great not terrible. Decent service. The wait is usually reasonable. I dont usually go inside

Went through drive thru. Girl wasn't pleasant. She didn't speak to me but she was talking to someone else. I ordered a beef n cheddar meal. Food was hot but was missing the red ranch sauce on the sandwich

My husband just picked up three sandwiches and mozzarella sticks. The roast beef sandwich was inedible and had a funny 'chemical' taste. The cheese sticks tasted like they were old Definitely will not go back !!!

One Conscience
The drive thru order taker is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She grunted as I asked for a drink carrier and slammed the window in my face when I asked for horse radish sauce and never even came back to the window lol. This turned me off completely to the whole Arby’s Experience. I will not be back!

I just went through drive through right before closing time spent almost 30 dollars and by time I'm down the road and saw half my order ain't in the bag they were closed and didn't answer phone I'm pissed to of spent all that on 2 sadwitches and a shake!! supper pissed
