The food would have been great if it wouldn't have been cold by the time we finally received it. We ordered in the drive thru and we waited for 8 minutes before the employee even opened the window to take our money and give us our food and it was sitting right next to the window. It sounded like the employee was counting money from the her drawer as we were sitting there waiting. We finally honked our horn and we were ignored. She didn't open the window and say that it would be a minute or even apologize for our wait
It's Arby's. Not great not terrible. Decent service. The wait is usually reasonable. I dont usually go inside

My husband just picked up three sandwiches and mozzarella sticks. The roast beef sandwich was inedible and had a funny 'chemical' taste. The cheese sticks tasted like they were old Definitely will not go back !!!
