Parking lot was very dark, they need to fix parking lot lighting, random people walking around, overhang above pickup window is barely attached to building could fall at any point, annoying strobe light flickering in parking lot needs maintenance

Went through the drive thru ordered 2 gyros 2 curly fries one of them with no tomato. Our order was passed out the window so fast and window snapped shut I didn't even have a chance to ask for Arby's sauce or ketchup. As for the gyro the bread was so hard and stale every time you tried to pick it up it would fall apart.

Food and services were horrible and the food was not even cooked properly. The good burgers were mostly pink inside and the fries were cold and hard. My aunt got sick twice within five minutes and I got sick once. Don’t go to this store if you don’t want to get food poisoning!

I am a DoorDasher. I went in there for two orders, both going to the same person. The first part of the order was fulfilled. When I asked the manager for the second half of the order, he claimed that they didn't receive the second order began to attempt to argue with me. I called a DoorDash representative to resolve the issue. Once the representative called him he argued with a doordash representative over the phone and then after getting off of the phone with the DoorDash representative through the phone on the counter. Very unprofessional. I'm hoping that this might reach the district manager so that they can address his attitude and unprofessionalism personally.
