I was in line 35-40 min and then I called to see what was taking so long I was told to go somewhere else and he hung the phone. I called spoke with a nice young lady who apologized for his behavior. When I got to the windows I asked worker was my food still hot since waiting so long. He told me to go somewhere else and shut the windows in my face. I stayed at the windows and a lady came(manager) and as I told her my order I had my phone out to take a picture of his name tag and I didn't see it so I put the camera to his face and I have picture of him sticking his finger up and I have a picture of him trying to hide his face. All Connie the district manager did was write him up. Of course I am pursuing other avenus and will never go back again. He was so disrespectful and did this in front of acting manager at the time🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Kindly requested well done hash browns and they are mush.... Really wish the other Burger King was closer because I've always had better luck with them. Requested ketchup and got two little packets, there's way too many hash browns for two little packets and it's going to be a while before I go home to where I can actually cook the hash browns anyway I guess.... Needless to say the service was terrible and they gave me bad food. Only time I get good service from this place is whenever I go at 6:00 a.m. when somebody else is on drive-thru.

Decatur Illinois should have everything in Decatur under a dollar. It's spoiled and rotten and nasty. Plus this burger king have roaches and rats - and I received one bun and the other bun wasn't on there and mustard sandwiche with no meat nasty 🤢

Slow. Really, really, really slow.

Drove into parking lot only one car in lot. 4 employees standing outside.
Waited for them to finish there brake.
Went inside ordered. Tride to get my drink and condiments. Found NO ice, napkins, straws and Tea.
Pointing out because everyone was outside when I pulled up.
