I’ll have to say that this review is more common to all “fast food” locations in the Decatur area. I go to the drive through and order what amounts to three burger sandwiches and two orders of fries. I get pulled up to the infamous third window where the pull you too and forget about you. After waiting fifteen minutes at said window while three vehicles behind me get their food and leave I receive food that is both cold and burnt to a crisp. Today, we ordered lunch through the drive-thru during lunch hour. You would think that the food would be hot since lunch had just started...NOPE!! My husband had the new Whopper melt; we had just saw the commercial for it like 30 mins prior, which was our only reason for choosing them. I stated before he even went, "the problem is going to be if the bun is actually ever toasted" and guess what he opened it up and the bun was just and untoasted and white on both sides as it could...read full review
