The lady in the window was so rude to my grandma. It was an awful experience. She didn’t even say thank you just slammed the window in her face. WONT be back. Kiearia is the lady’s name. Disgusting behavior.

This is a shout out to Asha who gave me excellent customer service even though she was working alone during a busy time.
Kudos to Asha! I tried to leave her a review on the BK website but it's only designed to for customers to complain. Every once in awhile there's something/someone good report on.

Edit: I enjoy this location a bit too much. Unfortunately, that means I experience their errors more often. They make so many mistakes that they could no longer correct their errors. Last time it was a completely wrong item. 2-3x weekly visit for my family will go elsewhere. Shouldn't punish customers for your mistake.
Edit: Fool me twice, shame on me. After months of not going, I decided to give them another chance. Guess what? Missing items again! Didn't bother reporting it this time.

This was almost by far the worst experience from a burger king.. we get up to order and I tell her politely it will be a few moments.. a few seconds go by and she reminds me I can order any time.. which i replied again politely that it would be a few moments ... I do not need to be rushed when its not necessary... after I order I pull around and to my surprise 3 windows and none labeled ... pulled to the first one and sat there .. the windows were dark but I've seen dark windows in drive thrus.. then realized I was in the wrong spot lol I go to the next and this rude lady was staring me down like she wanted me gone before I even showed up.. horrible service by her.. customer service is a must.. the drive thru windows need labeled and staff needs customer service training

The young lady name Sophia was very nice and very welcoming....
Now Jerry the manager I was not happy with... he waited on the couple in front of me..and walked off when we approached the counter.... didn't greet us are anything.. was not busy at all ..he just stood over by the Drive thru... very unprofessional...
