The last time we ate at Cancun, I wrote a very good review but this time, Saturday, March 8, 2025, was completely different. We went as a party of 9 and were told that we would have a 10 minute wait. After 45 minutes, the manager asked if we would take 2 booths. We agreed but when we went to our booths, we found that one was right inside the door but the other one was several booths away and then on a different wall. We decided to go somewhere else since we couldn’t even see each other. The manager said to us that we had agreed to 2 booths but he didn’t tell us they were so far apart. He then became very combative and used terrible language that I will not repeat. He was yelling so loud and using such offensive language that other customers were staring at him. I finally asked if he was the manager and he said yes. I could not believe a manager would talk and act that way. He was also abusive to the young host. He certainly lost some customers after his terrible customer service!

We had a large party between 35-40 people and I believe Elizabeth was our waitress. She was phenomenal. Great service. Food came out very quickly and was very good. Two thumbs up for Elizabeth! 👍🏻👍🏻

I been going there for a while but then they started to over price me over time and then they short'n the portion to kids meal and I'm going there late at night and not lunch...and they charged me same dinner price for lunch minue all because of the color of my skin...I told the waitress on Saturday 10-26-24 this is the last time I'm coming here!...I cancelled my food and paid for my brother's and walked out!...I I pay them tips extravagant also paid the cook a tip B4....they lost my business and any one else I know

Update from my last order 2 weeks ago. I placed the order at a more decent time. It arrived in a timely manner. You get a good amount of food for the price. So I am happy. Just know they do get busy...
Review from 2 weeks ago... It took an hour for my food to get cooked. I did enjoy it and I got a decent amount for what I ordered. Steak and Chicken fajitas. So no complaints. Just be prepared to wait during peak times.

I ordered carry out the first time from here it worked out great. The second time I ordered carry out from here I had requested no onions and peppers on my order and no cheese on my daughter's. The recipe said that. Went to return, wanted a refund rather than having them remake. Dude said call grub hub to get your money back. I didn't call grub hub to order, I ordered on cancun 's web site. I call grub hub. They have no record of your order. So no refund I guess. And we couldn't eat what they had gave us
