Charro Mexican Restaurant and Bar

We had a party of over 20. Everything was great until the food arrived. Multiple people received incorrect orders. Happens with a large party and all was corrected. My daughter ordered the pick 3 which comes with rice & beans. She told the server they were missing. So he brings her 2 full size plates of rice & beans. Then I received my bill. He had charged her meal as everything seperate! We explained to him repeatedly that it was a meal. He refused and said she didn't say the meal, which she did. Her husband ordered the same thing! So instead of her meal being $10, I was charged $20! Oh and an automatic 20% gratuity. Then he said they will look at the cameras and pull up her conversation with the order. Im not sitting there for 20 mins for them to review that, and the fact that we brought you over 20 people in business and noone else complained about their bill, despite multiple orders being wrong.. they wanted to hassle me over $10. They lost our business over this. We will not be back. There are so many other Mexican restaurants nearby i can bring our gathering to. **Also the walls were leaking right behind me!! I had no idea until we got up to leave. Very unpleasant.

Restaurant was very busy (not their fault), but the service and food was lackluster, especially for the price. We weren't given silverware or napkins, we had to find our own napkins at the counter and they didn't have enough silverware for all of us at once and we only had 4 people in our group. The food was of lower quality than I felt we paid for. Not bad, but not worth the price.

The best full-service Mexican restaurant I have eaten in a long time! Quick service, quick food delivery, extremely flavorful food, and great atmosphere and service. This is an all-around great experience. I had a dish with three different sauces and each had a unique flavor and made me want more. The chips were warm, the salsa was perfect and each was replenished without hesitation by the attentive staff. The house margarita was perfect, not too sweet, not too sour. We will be back and soon!

so, I never been there before norepinephrine will I go back. I ordered a burrito, they put this disgusting green sauce on it. it only had rice no beef. so I ask the waiter if I could have something else. to make a long story short. the owner was going to make the waitress PAY FOR IT, So I scraped the green slim off of it and ate a beef burrito with only rice. that is illegal! they are a terrible restaurant. so Do Not Go There. all of employees were un papered workers, could not speak for themselfs out of fear . Not one American employee. yes I am calling the labor board

Biria Tacos were amazing!

I placed the order over the phone for Charro fajita with only chicken and shrimp and I clearly instructed the operator no other meat since it is religious for us. I confirmed with her twice and went there for to go order. But they messed up my food order by mixing some other meat, we found that there is some other meat except chicken and shrimp. It seems like they were lazy that they made multiple order together & separated our one from same and there is some small pieces of other meat which is completely unacceptable and really not good considering customer religious feeling. This is not at all acceptable. And I’m sure I’m not going back to this restaurant never maintain the accuracy and precision about food and service plus customers dissatisfaction.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a mexican restaurant, any restaurant for that matter. Ask for a medium cheese dip, and was then asked “small or large?” when medium is clearly an option on the menu. The staff seemed like they didn’t understand english; every single order (9 of us) was wrong except for the person that ordered cheese dip over rice, can’t mess that up. Cheese enchiladas came with beef. Requested ground beef items arrived with “steak” which was all gristle. Pepsi arrives as Dr pepper. At one point we asked for an additional lemon slice and a refill for diet coke and the server came back with a diet coke with a lemon slice on it; then the server said to take the lemon off for the water and the diet was for the refill (like she did it on purpose). My dish was the pollo primavera and i asked for them to leave off the cheese dip, of course it arrived smothered in cheese dip. Finally to top it all off, we waited forever to tab out and leave and there were probably 4 tables occupied in the entire place. . Never again.
