I've had it and it's been great, and tonight not so much. They were out of a lot of things. They were nice about giving extra of other items, but a worker was loudly yelling about "not being the GM". Trash was overflowing and the kitchen was a mess. This was my first bad experience at this location after a handful of good ones.

Never thought I’d have to type a bad review for my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. I came here after work around 6:00 pm , I was told they were out of chicken, had a spoonful of white rice left, had no salsa, & they ran out of chips. When I asked how long of a wait for more chicken , the employee told me 5 minutes, already tired from my shift , I told her I’d wait the 5 minutes since I saw 3 other workers in the back in process of making more stuff . Time rolled by and it turned past 5 minutes and still no chicken. Left empty handed & hungry. ☹️ Chipotle DO BETTER!!

I've been coming to this location for a while, the manager on days is great. On nights, they were out of almost all the meat. They said it would be an 18 minute wait. They then charged me full price for the meal, they didn't make even the smallest gesture to compensate for their poor time management. After that, I reached out to the customer service team and I was told "We'll do better next time" and that was it.
Service is always good. Food is always good. I really enjoy Chipotle.
