Ordered medium rare New York strip stake, after 40 minutes waiting got well done stake 🤦🏻♂️

Waited 45 minutes for salads. Barely any lettuce in them. The rainbow trout was paper thin. The gravy on the potatoes was awful. The carrots looked good but were cold and rubbery. The biscuits were flat like the fish. I don’t think I want to go back to the Decatur store.
The steak and shrimp had good flavor but were not hot. The Shepards Pie was obviously not baked together. Individual components put together and served. I had to request some brown gravy to be able to eat it. Luke-warm and dry. Biscuits were hard.

Had dinner with family, waited well past the quoted time. When sat, server ( acted as if she didn't want to be there. When food came, the Mac & cheese felt as if it had just been taken out of the fridge. Service was very lacking.

Everything was wonderful but new item added to the menu needed some work. The shrimp and grits. My husband is from the south and said that they needed more flavor and the roux used for the sauce needed to be cooked more. The flour roux tasted like flour. He loved the cornbread! Baked potato was a little cold.I loved the Broccoli Chicken! How in the world do you get that chicken so tender!
Kid-friendliness: It would be nice to have kids earn store coupon with their meal for a sweet treat they can purchase with their coupon in the store. Something like an old fashioned penny candy section???
