The steak and shrimp had good flavor but were not hot. The Shepards Pie was obviously not baked together. Individual components put together and served. I had to request some brown gravy to be able to eat it. Luke-warm and dry. Biscuits were hard.

Had dinner with family, waited well past the quoted time. When sat, server ( acted as if she didn't want to be there. When food came, the Mac & cheese felt as if it had just been taken out of the fridge. Service was very lacking.

Everything was wonderful but new item added to the menu needed some work. The shrimp and grits. My husband is from the south and said that they needed more flavor and the roux used for the sauce needed to be cooked more. The flour roux tasted like flour. He loved the cornbread! Baked potato was a little cold.I loved the Broccoli Chicken! How in the world do you get that chicken so tender!
Kid-friendliness: It would be nice to have kids earn store coupon with their meal for a sweet treat they can purchase with their coupon in the store. Something like an old fashioned penny candy section???

The food took a while to get to us but it was delicious once it arrived. It was a Saturday night so I give them some grace on our long wait. I had the maple bacon chicken with mashed potatoes and apples as my sides.

My midday Saturday experience: They brought out our bread options and pretended these were complementary because of the wait. And they were served in a single basket to a Hispanic and black male that looked nothing alike. Why are we eating from the same basket? He suspected something weird when others were getting their food before us. But the icing on the cake was when the waitress gave us our receipt while I was still chewing and eating my food. They were in such a hurry to get us out yet we waited so long for our food and didn’t even complain. Womp womp. ALSO, food was just okay. Really didn’t like it much but my coworker said it was great. We had the country fried steak. We were there over 1.5 hrs cus of how long they took
