Went to the drive- thru with my mom this morning at 11:00 am and had asked for two single cheeseburgers . Only to come up to the window and had charged her for two doubles . In the past they had always got the name wrong and the order right, but this time they got the name right and the order wrong. Believe they play too much inside. Very upset . Culvers you need to do better!!

The drive thru person was rude and had to redo order several times. I ordered a kids meal with no drink so she Rang up everything separate without telling me their policy. So I told her to add the drink. Then had lettuce on burger instead of ketchup...what kid likes that? Didn't have the right custard. While my husband burger had so much ketchup it went all over him. Never going to Decatur culvers again. This one doesn't belong in the culvers family
