The dining room was messy, and the fountain drink island was unkept. There were many tables that needed to be cleaned.

Been to Culver’s many times and always got the chicken tenders. Decided to try a burger this time. Horrible mistake! Got the sourdough melt. The bread was soggy from the grease. The flavor was nonexistent. Cheese was bland. Onions were pungent but flavorless. I couldn’t eat it so I tried to give it to my dog. She chewed it a couple of times and spit it out.
Another problem is that we were missing items from our order. This seems to be a regular problem with orders that have more than two things in them as it isn’t the first time this has happened. Called the store and they’re sending a gift card for the items so there’s that.
People are friendly and the place is clean which is a lot more than many other places can say.
