Been to Culver’s many times and always got the chicken tenders. Decided to try a burger this time. Horrible mistake! Got the sourdough melt. The bread was soggy from the grease. The flavor was nonexistent. Cheese was bland. Onions were pungent but flavorless. I couldn’t eat it so I tried to give it to my dog. She chewed it a couple of times and spit it out.
Another problem is that we were missing items from our order. This seems to be a regular problem with orders that have more than two things in them as it isn’t the first time this has happened. Called the store and they’re sending a gift card for the items so there’s that.
People are friendly and the place is clean which is a lot more than many other places can say.

Not sure where the smell is coming from, but the past few times I've walked in I smell what is a weird combo of urine and vomit. It was bad enough tonight we walked in and turned around.
