By far the worse culvers I've been to. Last 4 times I've come here Customer service is poor. Food looks like it was made at McDonald's. Waited 20 minutes in line for just a double cheeseburger and it came out cold. Sad representation of a good company

Employee working drive through did not respond to kiosk in timely manner. And then proceeded to criticize me for asking hello to see if anyone was even there. They definitely need to work on their customer service. Do better.

This place has went downhill. it’s so messy in there, the workers i encountered were all nice and all, but they were rushing through the order and missing a bunch of things and getting aggravated when trying to correct them. was missing half my order, took forever to get the rest of it. i would recommend making the extra drive to the next closest one in town!

Stole my credit card used it 6 times in a half hour. Call me two hours later that they have my card. Manager wouldn't even come out and talk to me.

Literally ordered a small cheese curds on the app for carryout. 20 mins later, still standing in the lobby waiting for the order. Why does ordering a small cheese curd take over 30 minutes?
