It's Culver's, no surprises. The food was good as expected, however I didn't receive my cocktail sauce. I was asked, and it was on the receipt. The lemon slice was a little tiny lemon cube. It was about a quarter of a normal lemon slice. I had already left the restaurant so I didn't bother with either. The lemon was almost comical. I should have taken a picture of it.
What I asked for (Butterburger with bacon and ALL the added ingredients ) vs what I actually got (the meat, the cheese, the bun.. the pretzels were good though. Customer service was fine, average. But 20min wait and forgetting the vegetables and condiments, thanks.
I went through the drive thru and placed a large order and was impressed with the top notch service provided by Grady. He was personable, friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Grady is an exemplary employee and every Culver’s needs someone like him!
