Seems to be a consistent theme and I see in the message. Dairy Queen says please give us another chance three months later you’re still making peanut butter parfaits and Sundaes with nothing on them. Easy fix but must not be important. I can confirm it’s still happening. I will not be back to this location or maybe any Dairy Queen. Expensive for nothing

When I walked in, the workers were sitting on the front counter tops where they place your food. After placing my order, she entered the cash incorrectly and did not know how to issue my change. The manager, who too was a teenager, was clueless and voided the transaction. The problem is that I used a coupon that you can only scan once and she could not find a solution to give me my item for the sale price. She wanted my to pay the full price. Right...like that was going to happen. Really, you should not have to be forced to use debit or credit cards to make purchases!!!

Waited 20 minutes for three blizzards. That were melted and only 3/4 of the way full. Definitely not worth the money that was spent. Will not be going back.

Their food and ice cream is always good. I usually go in the morning when the nice Redhead girl is working in the drivthrew and she always takes great care of me. I had doordash credit so I picked up inside around 4:35pm. The short woman with short Bob blonde hair was rude and told me that my ice cream was a coffee which I know what it is because I always get it and it was a blizzard, not a coffee.She argued with me was very rude.That's not how you handle customers. I had to tell her how to make my coffee. I wasn't leaving until i got what i paid for period. if you don't know your own menu at where you work.You shouldn't work there.

I'm just curious why this location doesn't offer marinara sauce when you sell cheese curds.....? Cheese curds are virtually the same as cheese sticks. Other locations offer marinara sauce... why not this one?

who manages this place? literally a cesspool of lazy teenagers. Ordered food on the app just for it to be skimpy and messy. It took at least 15 minutes before someone helped me at the front counter after being stared at by employees.
