Their food and ice cream is always good. I usually go in the morning when the nice Redhead girl is working in the drivthrew and she always takes great care of me. I had doordash credit so I picked up inside around 4:35pm. The short woman with short Bob blonde hair was rude and told me that my ice cream was a coffee which I know what it is because I always get it and it was a blizzard, not a coffee.She argued with me was very rude.That's not how you handle customers. I had to tell her how to make my coffee. I wasn't leaving until i got what i paid for period. if you don't know your own menu at where you work.You shouldn't work there.

I'm just curious why this location doesn't offer marinara sauce when you sell cheese curds.....? Cheese curds are virtually the same as cheese sticks. Other locations offer marinara sauce... why not this one?

who manages this place? literally a cesspool of lazy teenagers. Ordered food on the app just for it to be skimpy and messy. It took at least 15 minutes before someone helped me at the front counter after being stared at by employees.

Waited in line at the drive thru for 45 minute's, only to be given this mess of a banana split. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down. Drive thru guy with glasses and a goatee is a joke very rude and incompetent.
8/8/24 Drive thru guy with glasses and a goatee was very unprofessional and unhelpful when we attempted to get items that were forgotten on the order. Very rude and unprofessional that guy shouldn’t be working fast food. Drive thru lady didn’t even give us a receipt, 3rd time each time they forget an item incompetence at its finest. Beware of the drive thru guy with glasses and a goatee he’s a joke.
