We decided to grab some late dinner after I got off of work at a very close business. She got the 6pc chicken strip basket and I decided to get the 4pc sweet chili chicken basket. We are BEYOND disappointed in the service. First of all, $31 for the two meals. I get it, inflation and so on. But $31for this??? Barely any fries in either of the baskets. I thought DQ was supposed to be better than McDonalds? Looks to be like they’re not, especially the ones around here anymore. DQ service, especially at this location has gone WAYYY down hill. Someone needs to train them properly or get people in there who genuinely care about their customers.

Service was horrible. Employee working the counter barely spoke, when she did it was full of attitude and she had a permanent scowl on her face. It was like how dare we visit for food and make her work. She was busy yelling at 2 kids who I guess were hers for most of our visit. This was a first and last visit for us.

I ordered a peanut butter parfait with no peanuts no hot fudge I requested caramel and pecans. I was Charged $9.10, I have gotten it before and only paid seven and change a few different times. This time I got caramel, but no pecans very disappointed. 610 Snyder ST Decatur Illinois

The food was okay. The inside was filthy tables was nasty floor was sticking. If I gave a cleaning grade it would definitely be a zero. Y'all got to do better. That was ridiculous 🤔😡
Food isn't typically warm let alone hot. Gave me a burger that was old and reheated. What makes me not come back is employee cleanliness and hygiene. One guy I have seen daily (has braided ponytail) stinks bad and is always covered in cat hair! Very bad hygiene

I am so frustrated because it does not matter which DQ I go to my peanut buster parfait never looks like the picture. The ice cream does not make it above the rim of the parfait cup. They put a cap on it, so there is clearly space for more ice cream. I never get my money's worth. The photos are from two different DQ stores. And yes, the one was already starting to melt before they gave it to me. I guess I need to order it with a request to make it look like the picture.
I placed an order in drive-thru for a 6 piece chicken strip basket with honey mustard and was rang up for such, however received a honey BBQ chicken strip basket. Tried to call and was hung up on the first time and second time no one answered. I will be in to speak to the GM in the morning or I will zee the owner at the location he works at.
