The worst food and service I've ever had at a DQ, gravy was given to me cold, blizzard was melted, and the food looks like it had been sitting for far too long. The workers were rude and uncooperative while goofing off behind the counter, throwing food at each other. Will never return to this location again.

I’m so tired of these workers not reading carefully and them getting the misty FREEZE and misty SLUSHY confused. I have ordered the misty freeze twice and got the slushy. When speaking to the general manager he told me I would have to pay for another one! I haven’t even touched the slushy! Oh and I don’t get a refund for the incorrect item.

Maybe the largest and nicest DQ I have been in since I was a kid! Good service - quality Blizzard. Tons of seating and a huge freezer stocked with cakes and other classic treats to go. Extensive food menu - will have to try another time - this was strictly a dessert run! Clean washrooms too!

This place is starting to go downhill. Twice in a row, the blizzard I wanted was not available. The tables needed to be cleaned. You have a set menu. Why are you out of things?

Now, I'm 64 years old, so have had more than my share of DQ dipped cones. Love 'em. Love DQ as a whole.Definitely know what the dipped chocolate shell should look like and what to expect in the shells thickness and appearance and "crunch". Today I bought a medium dipped cone and the chocolate shell was extremely thin, cracking down the sides and seeping. Has DQ gone to a policy of "watering down" its shell chocolate? Seems so, Very Disappointing. Felt like it was a cost cutting cheat!
