The dairy king did something to my chicken but it still was good

Food was as expected for dairy queen. The staff was friendly and my order came out quickly.

Took my mom here to eat. When my mom need to use the restroom. I took her in because my mo. Is disabled so she has to use the handicapped stall so I can help her. But someone was in it so we waited a little bit. But she couldn't wait very much longer so I helped her as good as I could into the other stall. Which was very hard to do. When she got done I walked her over to the sink to wash her hands. And the person that came out of the handicapped stall was not handicapped at all and they we're a employee that works there. Kind massed up. If you are not handicapped you don't need to uses that stall at all that is for people that need it. So you need to tell your employees that they not do that.

Multiple employees just standing around and/or going extremely slow with no regard to customers. Was waiting on two blizzards. The employee made one, put it IN THE FREEZER, walked away to go talk to someone, then minutes later made the other blizzard, while still talking and being distracted. Took over ten minutes for two blizzards when they were slow. Meanwhile, employees are standing around doing nothing while other customers were in line behind me and hadn't even had their orders taken yet. Absolutely ridiculous.

Best Dairy Queen. Clean each time you go in. They move their drive thru like super fast. Theyre the only dairy queen that seems to comprehend food first, then you make the ice cream so it's not melted. They do it right at this one. I have one 2 blocks from me and I purposely drive the 20 minutes to go to this one because of the purpose of food made then take a minute or two later then ice cream. I repeat it because seriously I can't tell you how many times the one on 1st street gives melted ice cream.

You want good food, clean restaurant, and not melted ice cream come here.

I don’t like to write reviews but I think this place needs one. Every time I come here and purchase a chicken basket my gravy is discolored and chunky like vomit. Absolutely a total change of pace compared to the one I'm south shores. People here seem to actually like their job!

Manager and staff are very nice, they were missing an item so they gave us 3 coupons to use. Genuine and friendly. They know what customer service is.

We tried to order a blizzard in the drive through. They said I couldn’t order it in the drive through but I could order it on the app and pick it up at that same location. I don’t have the app so I didn’t get a blizzard.

Food is excellent. Music and TV can be kind of loud. Some employees are great. Others tend to stand around on their phones and seem to get annoyed when they have to do something.

My burger was good, my sundae was well…not what I was expecting. One picture I added was what I ordered, the other was what I received.
Of course it was carry out I didn’t know until I was to far down the road to go back and make it right!

Staff was kind, food prepped well. Chose the location for the play place which was closed and appeared to now be storage. Please open it back up so the kids can play :)

The food is good, but eating inside the restaurant was another's story. We took our 4 year old for dinner after dance. The play place is always closed and truthfully hasn't been open for over a year. They look as if they use it for storage mostly. The girl behind the counter looked as if she was annoyed someone walked up and she had to help. We ordered then choose a seat. It took some searching because all the tables were dirty. Nothing was cleaned. When you thought you found a clean table there was trash under the table. I think they only clean when they close. At least at Mc Donald's they have someone picking up trash throughout the restaurant.
