Ordered an order at 3:41pm, once I got my pizza it was wrong. I called back to let them know at 4:01pm, manager said they would deliver the correct pizza. It’s 6:47pm and still have not received the correct pizza. Have called numerous times to either be hung up on or placed on hold for over 45 minutes. Customer service is horrible.

When order pizza online, never moves off of prep after 30 minutes, went in to see how long would be...told us 25 minutes. Go back in and was told again, 20-30 minutes. Never mind, cancel it. Shouldn't take an hour and 20 minutes for 2 pizzas!! Won't be back.

We have ordered from this Domino’s location several times. After tonight’s experience, I will never order from Domino’s again. Online order placed around 9:30 pm. At 11:30 pm we received a phone call from this location telling us that there was NO chicken available for a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. Of course we had ordered two. Replaced with Phili Cheese sandwiches. Please see below. Will not be coming back, ever!

In the unassuming town of Decatur, Illinois, this Dominoes establish SHINES THROUGH. Esteemed employees Mike and Smoke made the entire experience one for the history books. The food was great, the location was clean, and the conversation was flowing. I can't WAIT to go back!

Ordered pizzas and scheduled delivery ahead of time for the the employees. Called 6 minutes after the scheduled delivery time and was told the driver left at 645 pm. Called back at 710 to he informed it will get there eventually but the driver hasn't left yet
