They took my money two weeks ago and never returned it. The manager is incompetent and does not care about satisfying the customer. The manager told me to look up the numbers myself to get a refund, then hangs up on me. I will NEVER and I mean NEVER give my money to ANY Domino's pizza, and I will forever encourage others to also never purchase from a. ompany who steals from their customers and refuses to refund me after double charging me!
Most of the employees are incompetent and rude and the district manager does not know how to do his job and overlook the store like he should be to ensure his GM and other managers are doing their jobs. Definitely would not want to work here let alone eat here.
They claimed they never received my order, which I placed and was given a price and time estimate to pick up my order. When I went to pick up my order employees there were rude and uneducated. They didn't resolve anything and came up empty handed. A night ruined. was celebrating because my daughter made the volleyball team. Such a terrible business
